Submission of a paper

Deadline for the submission is punctually at 14:00 Tokyo local
time on 25th February, 2010.
- After the
deadline you are not able to edit your paper submitted.
- Please use
Microsoft Internet Explorer later than version 5.5 or Netscape later than 6.0.
No other browsers are permitted to use.
Important notice for submission

Online submission can be done from 14:00 (Tokyo local time),
2nd February until 14:00 (Tokyo local time), 25th February, 2010.

After 26th February, you cannot submit your paper online.

After submission, you will receive an automatic reply. In
case your email account is wrong, no reply will reach you so that you are
requested to contact us via the following email.

[Subject Fields] You are requested to select one of the
category to which your paper field is classified.

[Presentation style] You can select either ORAL, POSTER, or
anyone of the two. However, you may be asked to change the form.
Please make sure your form in the program published prior to the meeting.

[Titles] and [Abstract] Please submit your title with tagged
format.

There are several regulations on number of characters,
html-tags so that please refer to the template word file.

Until the deadline, you can check and edit your paper
submitted. When you edit your paper, open [Confirm Application Details]
and go to edit your paper.

In the reply mail, you cannot check the layout that will
actually appear in the abstracts.

When you open [Confirm Application Details], you need your
password and registration number which is also sent to you via email.

If you cancel your presentation, please withdraw your paper
online and send an email on the title and registration number to us.
