The poster presentation by Assistant Professor Yuta Mogi, "Exploring University EFL Part-time Teachers' Well-Being in Japan: An ecological perspective" won a best poster award (4th place).As part-time teachers play a large role in English education at universities in Japan, this study investigated their well-being. Drawing on the ecological systems model, the findings demonstrate how multiple factors both positively and negatively influence teachers' well-being and how teachers use a variety of coping strategies to maintain and improve their well-being.
