On Monday, October 28, CELF full-time teachers, along with the help of 16 Tamagawa University student volunteers, hosted the ‘Third (2019) Annual Kindergarten and University ELF Halloween Event’. This year, 75 (four and five-year-old) children from the Tamagawa Kindergarten, with their teachers, attended the one-hour event, in which the children enjoyed a variety of fun Halloween activities and songs in English.
